Start by experiencing the rich, authentic flavor of pure matcha, then discover matcha as an everyday drink with a smooth matcha latte, and finish with a soothing cup of decaffeinated hojicha. This carefully designed flow allows you to explore different ways of enjoying Korean tea.

Please keep your mobile phone on silent or vibrate mode. Be considerate of other participants throughout the experience. Please handle the chasen (matcha whisk) and tea bowls with care.
Refreshments containing milk, wheat, or nuts may be served during the experience. If you have any allergies, please inform us when making your reservation.
Photography is allowed during the experience. Please be mindful not to include other participants' faces in your photos.
The experience starts promptly at the scheduled time. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time.
The recommended age is 12 and above. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

This Matcha Ritual is a beginner-friendly tea class introducing the Korean matcha experience. Using premium matcha, the three-course program features rich matcha, matcha latte, and hot hojicha, enjoyed in sequence. Program 3 Course Course 1: In the 'Pure Matcha' course, you will whisk premium matcha from Angan Dawon yourself using a traditional chasen (matcha whisk), allowing you to experience the authentic aroma and rich umami of matcha. Seasonal yanggaeng (sweet bean jelly) or a small wagashi is also served. Course 2: In the 'Matcha Latte' course, you will add milk to freshly prepared matcha to create a smooth and rich matcha latte. Course 3: In the 'Hojicha Tea' course, you will enjoy hojicha with its nutty aroma and comforting flavor, bringing the tea experience to a relaxing close.
