Tuscan Cooking Class. Cooking Class of a traditional Tuscan meal from starter to dessert including a fresh local handmade pasta. At the end of the lesson dinner is served with what we have prepared during the class, accompanied with local Tuscan red Wine. The maximum number of customers per lesson is 15 people. The minimum number of participants required for the lesson is 4. Customers actively participate in the preparation of recipes. Use of seasonal and local ingredients. Vegetarian and gluten-free menus available. Customers will learn all the secrets of Italian and Tuscan cuisine and will receive handouts with the prepared recipes. Private lessons on request in the morning at 10 AM.

A real cooking school in Siena, with a tradition dating back to 1996, a qualified host, a complete menu with wine included, a technical yet convivial experience, a local atmosphere, and recipes you can recreate at home. Our reviews say it best. The class is led by Francesco, owner of the school and passionate expert in traditional Tuscan family recipes, prepared with authentic local ingredients. You will learn how to prepare a complete Tuscan menu, from starter to dessert, including fresh handmade pasta. Each class includes 5 recipes. The menu may vary and can feature starters, soups, ravioli, gnocchi, pici with traditional sauces, meat dishes with sides, and regional Italian desserts. At the end of the lesson, sit down with your group and enjoy the meal you prepared, served with excellent Tuscan IGT wine, ¼ bottle per person. This experience combines practical cooking techniques, a friendly local atmosphere, and recipes you can recreate at home. Group classes are held in English. Other languages are available on request for private classes only. During the booking process, please leave your cell phone number in case we need to contact you quickly.

An excellent, authentic Tuscan cooking experience

This was a super fun hands on activity! It was great to make an entire dinner from scratch and then sit down and eat it. Francesco was excellent. We are excited to go back home and make these dishes again. Definitely a 5 star excursion!

Amazing and Memorable Culinary Experience

Amazing experience!!! My wife and I loved the class where Chef Francesco taught us how to cook four separate courses in the Tuscany tradition. Francesco and Julia made the entire experience memorable. The four dishes included antipasta which was La Pappa Col Pomodoro; homemade pici pasta; Tagliata Steak with caramelized onions; and Cantuccini Biscotti. Great Tuscan Cook Class

A very fun cooking class - we made a full 4 course meal with soup, pasta, main course and dessert. I liked that it was around dinner time so we got to eat the yummy food we made for dinner. The class was a good pace, the instructions were clear and the food was fantastic - definitely recommend :)
