We will meet up at the "Palms Entertainment Park" at 8 Bogue Estate, Montego Bay, and be greeted with a tropical refreshment. We will taste small portions of local favorites, such as jerk chicken, jerk pork, bammy, festivals (fried dumplings), The best Jamaican fried chicken drizzled in pineapple chicken gravy, brown stew chicken, curry chicken, curry turkey neck, and rice and peas. And depending on the season curry goat, cow foot, soup, ackee and saltfish (the national dish), and many more. Finally, guests will also experience Jamaican pastries and desserts (yummy!).
