The experience overall was lovely and I truly enjoyed the class and the instructor. The farm setting was beautiful and the cooking itself was a highlight of my trip. Fantastic tour with Alice. It was lovely walking around the farm with her, picking ingredients while she explained all the different plants. The cooking was really well organised with simple instructions but produced 4 outstanding dishes that we really enjoyed making and they tasted delicious. Would highly recommend

We had a fantastic day with Lin at the organic farm and cooking tour. Pick up was at the time scheduled and then only one other couple which made the experience intimate and fun. The drive out to the farm was easy even though it was 1.5 hrs but our driver was very competent. First stop was a home farm but we would recommend omitting from the day tour. Chef Zan really made it a great experience. From pick up, he was on time and patient. For a young person he executes his class with much humour, skill and knowledge.
