Great trip but poor communication

Great boat cruise and I would recommend it to others. However, I’m not sure that booking through Trip Advisor is wise. Our meet up time was changed from 8:30pm to 8:00pm and we arrived in plenty of time. A coordinator arrived and I showed her my booking - she explained, looking at the Trip Advisor booking coupon, this was not the right trip.
