Our know-how "from the vine to the glass" allows us to shape a producer's Armagnac from start to finish, young vintages with miraculous aromatic power, a perfect expression of our terroir which highlights the living Armagnac and imposes a new criterion of excellence in the region. Our pioneering spirit is rewarded when our Armagnacs receive the Prix d'Excellence at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris in 2017, a first in Armagnac. After a guided tour of the estate, come and taste the full range of our signature Armagnacs, our hand-sewn blends, our vintage cuvées and our Fine Blanche® (the one that gave its name to the AOC Blanche d'Armagnac), during a commented tasting with gourmet pairings. Arton offers a unique aromatic signature and an unprecedented taste experience, the promise of a unique journey in Gascony land.

Privatization of the garden

Haut-Armagnac is not common. It is a land that had disappeared after phylloxera, which explains its rarity (5% of the total production of Armagnac). The Montal family is one of first to replant the vines there in 1991. Because Arton defends the idea that Armagnac is part of the culture of wine. This tasting will be an opportunity to savor the whole range of Armagnacs, from the signature blend to young vintages, exclusively from the estate's vines.

A visiter, absolument !!

Le lieu est magnifique, la visite est très instructive, très intéressante et nous avons là un producteur soucieu et respectueux de la nature, une volonté de bien faire et des produits de très haute qualité. La dégustation a dépassé nos espérances. Je recommande, ça vaut le détour !

A fabulous afternoon in the vineyards!

Didier was an exceptional host and authority on the production of the estate’s wine and Armagnac. He made a diverse group of visitors feel welcomed individually and helped us connect as a group. His passion and knowledge of his subject shone through. The setting was magical and the produce was exceptional. My husband and I have been to many similar experiences across Europe but feel that this was one of the best thanks to both Didier and the incredibly beautiful location. A Must Do Excursion!

A delightful vineyard in the Haute Armagnac domaine this is a must-do tour. The host, Didier was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining as he showed us around the centuries old estate, a beautiful collection of restored buildings in the stunning rolling hills northwest of Toulouse. The tasting at the end of the tour was incredible, with unique and delicious nibbles paired perfectly to each of the estate’s Armagnac products. Unique in more ways than one

What an absolutely incredible day. Didier was not only knowledgable but also a master storyteller — I leave having a much greater appreciation for the beauty of the natural world around us. And the tasting was an absolutely wonderful experience, allowing us to put our new found knowledge to the test. We did a private tour on a Sunday and I would absolutely recommend this if you want to spend a wonderful day outside, meeting history itself.

A rewarding experience

Very interesting and informative visit. Beautiful estate whose owner shares our passion.Friendly tasting of white wines and armagnac. The only small false note when we also wanted to buy red wine from the estate: it was not planned to make us taste it before .. the proposal was not spontaneous. Nevertheless we strongly recommend this activity.
