We invite you to a private tasting of Mevalonics, the first sparkling wine produced using the traditional method with notes of mango, blueberry, peach, or cannabis— a proposal designed to open the door to new flavor experiences in the world of premium sparkling wines. The tasting is designed for you to discover the product in depth, appreciate its aromatic character, and evaluate its potential within gastronomic concepts, hospitality projects, or curated experiences for your guests and clients. We aim to bring you the essence of the Alt Penedès vineyards, combined with a contemporary vision that brings freshness and personality to every glass. La experiencia con este tipo de cavas con terpenos me dejo sorprendido. No solo descubrí matices y aromas únicos con cada tipo de cava, sino que también aprendí mucho sobre el proceso de elaboración y aclararon todas mis dudas. El ambiente era muy acogedor, nos trrataron super bien con mucha cercania y profesionalidad por parte del equipo, lo que hizo que todo resultara ameno y enriquecedor. We loved the tasting both my partner and I. We were about 10 people enjoying the tasting and that created a very close and pleasant Mood. The combination of cava with food was amazing. I already have new favorite cava since that day!

A surprising and truly fun Cava tasting!

The pairing of sparkling wines with cheeses and terpenes was a real journey of flavors and aromas. I had never tried such unique sparkling wines before. The place is beautiful and intimate, with a private space just for our group, which made it easy to end up chatting with everyone. On top of that, the host was delightful and made the whole experience lively and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
