While we keep the bottling line off-limits for safety (no visitors during bottling in action), you’ll still get an up-close look at the space and atmosphere where the whisky comes to life. Gather around the casks for a tasting session – sample five unique whiskies, each poured straight from the wood just recently, for the freshest, most vibrant flavours. Hear the stories behind the craft: how distillation, wood, and the cool Scottish air come together to shape every drop. Want to make it personal? You’ll have the chance to hand-fill and label your own limited bottle, complete with your message (totally optional, but a memory worth keeping). A Few Quick Tips: • Dress warmly – our stone walls keep things cool for the whisky (and you). • We’ll mostly be standing around the casks, but seating is available if you need a break.
