We will travel together to the widely awarded artisan cheese shop in the Pasiegos Valleys, where the master cheesemaker will show us the elaboration and curing of his cheeses and perform his tasting. After this visit, we will take no more than 15 minutes to reach one of the best wineries in Cantabria, where we will walk through its vineyard and meet its elaboration and then taste its magnificent wines. We will have a reserved table in a quality restaurant in the area, where we can enjoy a menu based on local produce and typical dishes of Cantabria. To finish the day, before returning to the meeting point in Santander, we will walk through the streets of the wonderful and historic town of Santillana del Mar.
