Estanda is a great teacher and chef. She is very engaging. The meal and beverages that we learned to prepare were tasty and healthy. We appreciated learning about the health benefits of various fruits and vegetables. It was a wonderful experience!
Thank you for your kind words. We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the cooking class with Chef Astanda. One of the highlights for many guests is the hands-on experience of preparing a delicious and nutritious meal in a local home. Did you know that all of the fruits and vegetables used during the class are sourced directly from local farmers in the region? These fresh, organic products not only taste better but also retain more nutrients, contributing to a healthier diet that are the fundament of the Blue Zone Cuisine. We're glad you found the information on the health benefits of various ingredients valuable. We hope to welcome you back for another culinary adventure soon.
