Antonio was a great instructor, extremely knowledgeable, truly a professionally trained chef. Gave hands on instructions as we performed the tasks. Learned useful techniques and cooking skills. Tremendously enjoyed the experience with a well versed chef and individual.

If you do one thing in Bologna - make it this! Antonio was fantastic, we truly had the best time and learnt so much! He was so welcoming, funny and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best day. Thank you Antonio!

We were immediately welcomed super friendly at Antonio's home! He taught us how to make tagliatelle with ragù and tortelloni "from scratch" and it was delicious! We were allowed to try everything ourselves and immediately received tips on how we could do it better. Antonio was a real gem, he gave a lot of compliments, we were allowed to drink as much and as many as we wanted, he gladly gave us a second portion, ...
