We had a great time cooking dumplings with Feliz as a family, including our teenage children. Feliz was very accommodating with our request for an earlier cooking time, and the whole experience was easy to book. We really enjoyed the interesting walk around the market, with explanations about the different foods on offer, followed by a great introduction to making dumplings. We loved our cooking class with Feliz! The market was interesting as we would not have otherwise visited, and the class was hosted in a nice cafe. We learned how to make different shapes of dumplings and Feliz was great at answering our questions. Looking forward to making them with the recipe when we get home!
