Fantastic experience that felt like being trained by a real Chef rather than just a tourist thing. Highly recommended!
If you are looking for an incredible cooking, cultural, and gastronomical experience in Lima, choose this one. Chef David and Pamela were so generous with their time, with their knowledge and their warmth, and the small class size meant it had a real personal touch. The market visit was not to be missed, and the food was delicious. So many different fruits, salsa’s and potatoes to taste along the way as well as Peruvian music and stories.
