Highlight of my Trip to Ethiopia
I had such an amazing experience cooking with Hilena — it was truly the highlight of my trip to Ethiopia. My husband and I felt incredibly welcomed into her home from the moment we arrived, and together we prepared a beautiful and delicious feast.
My husband even felt comfortable making injera, and he’s usually not the one spending time in the kitchen! That alone speaks to how warm, patient, and encouraging Hilena is as a host and teacher.

Don't miss this opportunity to support local farming and have great cheese!
What a great day at the farm! Whole family loved the tour and tasting. We learned about the history of the farm, as well as the current process of cheesemaking. Nothing is wasted in the process, from beginning to end. First rate operation and fantastic cheese. Highly recommend!

Cheese making at its finest
Teresa is a wonderful host to a great experience. Fascinating opportunity to see cheese process and then the wonderful opportunity to taste the results! Also seeing the different types of cows seen here in Ireland.

Probably one of the best tours I’ve Best tour yet! Teresa and her family were so nice, we had a great time watching, visiting and sampling. I would highly recommend this!!!

Best Day In Ireland!
Three of my friends and I (all in our 30's) decided to book this trip as we love cheese and had a few extra hours before the airport, we had no idea that we were in for the most fun part of our trip. We went to the farm and Teresa could not have made us feel more welcome. We got into boots, fed the baby cows and were even lucky enough to see a calf be born!
