Maison ZEYSSOLFF 是阿爾薩斯為數不多的擁有大約 200 年曆史的橡木桶的酒窖之一，每個橡木桶的容量為 10,000 升，仍然用於釀造葡萄酒。他最大的好奇心是 1897 年為巴黎世界博覽會（1900 年）製作的 ZEYSSOLFF 桶。這個桶今天還在使用。
