What a wonderful way to explore a city! Trey took us down some dark alleys and I loved it! It was exactly what I was looking for. Very small and intimate venues I never would have found or ventured into on my own. A true Osaka experience! Thank you!

Dannik was an exceptional host full of humour, a great storyteller and local Osaka knowledge. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome with our fellow travellers and the owners of each establishment. Walking the laneways and stopping by for a drink in tiny bar Stand38 was a fun and unforgettable experience, as we met and drank with the locals.

On the surface, this is an izakaya tour. In reality, it’s an Osaka history lesson, a culinary revelation and a bucketload of fun. Kevin’s level of knowledge and ability to get you into places that you’d have no hope of finding on your own guarantee Osaka will be the highlight of your Japan experience.

This tour was absolutely outstanding. Kevin was a fantastic guide and I've already recommended him to friends who are travelling to Osaka later in the year. He was thoughtful in planning our visit to eating and drinking places. He changed some things around based on interests and tastes. Kevin also was simply a great conversationalist and had a wealth of information and a clear love for Osaka, its culture, food and drink! I appreciated it and it's definitely a tour I'd go back on!

Reuben took us on an unforgettable journey through Osaka’s nightlife, from hidden back-alley izakayas to lively local spots buzzing with energy. We sipped on some delicious sake, shared laughs with locals, and enjoyed an incredible okonomiyaki that might just be the best meal we had in Japan. Reuben’s energy and storytelling brought the city to life. He knew all the tucked-away places and made us feel like locals exploring Osaka for the first time. Every stop had something unique; good drinks, decent food, and even better company. Good food and good sake with Shehab! It was nice that we got to choose our menu at some place. We were the only one, so it was a private tour of some drinks and food! Highly recommend!

Most fun i had on the entire trip! .. great tour guide with plenty of jokes on hand to keep the mood light for everyone.. our crew had a slew of food restrictions and preferences he was still accommodating to all.. definitely recommend! Your tour guide will take you places you could not enter or experience otherwise by utilizing local networks with shop owners. Your tour guide will likely be ingratiated with the community. Truly unique experience no tourist can have alone.

Just finished our tour with Danic! Had an amazing time exploring a few izakayas and meeting other tourists. We ended our tour at a karaoke bar. What a wonderful tour to start our Osaka trip.
