+20 张照片Early arrival into Bishkek. Excellent first impression of Bishkek thanks to Eldar and Datka Travel. Tour finished at 1430 and able to checkin to accommodation. Osh Bazaar was a sensory overload of sound, sights, smells and tastings. Visit to traditional teahouse for tea and freshly baked Flatbread was a highlight. Saw some of the main monuments and learn much about the histor of Bishkek thanks to Eldar.
Our guide Elnur was friendly, communicative, knowledgeable, smart, and helpful. He took us to a number of food stalls and a great little cafe where we tried a range of delicious local foods. Definitely skip breakfast as you will struggle to finish more than half the food. Good, knowledgeable guide with good command of English. The tour is set to last 3 to 4 hours but cannot possibly be held within that prime frame. No problem to us but ….
My husband and me booked this tour with Faruk. He collected us at the hotel at 10 am and drove us to a restaurant for breakfast /or early lunch. We had a delicious meal an then we drove to the bazaar. He showed us around and we tasted different things and bought a souvenir and some fruit. After that we drove to a place to taste the delicious bread, sour milk and tea. Then we had dessert in a cafeteria near by.
