It was such a great experience that the 4 hours flew by. We started by meeting Vanessa at Super AKI, where we walked through the aisles while she introduced us to a variety of Ecuadorian ingredients. From there, we took a quick 5 minute taxi ride to Vanessa’s lovely family home. When we arrived, her husband Andrés greeted us and we headed into the kitchen where all the ingredients were already set up.
