有时候,简单就是最好的。在这堂课中,您将学习制作两道经典的日本家常菜,它们简单而永恒。


友好的当地主持人将向您展示如何制作舒适的家常菜,其中包括饭团(onigiri)和玉子烧(tamagoyaki),同时您还将了解传统的日本烹饪技巧和食材。


这堂温馨的烹饪课将在位于涩谷时尚的惠比寿地区的一间宽敞的厨房工作室进行。在友好的指导下,您将首先了解日本米饭,发现每种米饭的细微差别,并了解如何选择适合制作饭团的米饭种类。


接着,您将学习如何将米饭煮到合适的口感。然后,您将把新鲜制作的松软米饭捏成三角形(经典的饭团),并尝试其他形状,然后根据自己的喜好填入不同的馅料。


之后,您将用海苔包裹您的作品,以提升这些米饭小吃的外脆口感。


菜单上的第二道菜是玉子烧,一种日式卷蛋。您的主持人将分享如何用鸡蛋和美味的食材制作完美的基础,以增添鲜味,然后您将学习如何使用方锅卷制出完美松软的卷蛋。


切好卷蛋并装盘后,您将与主持人一起坐下来享用您亲手制作的美味家常菜,并了解更多关于日本家常菜的见解。
