走进大阪的核心地带,跟随经验丰富的厨师Katsuji,通过茶道、寿司和拉面的动手课程,体验日本料理的精髓。


您的旅程从一个宁静的住宅区开始,这里有当地市场、家庭经营的商店和日常生活,展示了许多游客难得一见的日本一面。当您到达时,您已经感受到融入当地社区的节奏。


Katsuji厨师和他的妻子热情地欢迎您进入他们的家,现代舒适与传统日本设计在此完美融合。体验从宁静的茶室开始,在日本茶道中营造出一种平和而温馨的氛围,为接下来的烹饪做好准备。


在简要介绍食谱和当天的流程后,进入厨房进行动手烹饪课程。从调味寿司饭到卷制和塑造不同风格的寿司,学习从零开始制作寿司。然后,制作一碗舒适的拉面,上面放有叉烧猪肉、青葱和豆芽,浸泡在浓郁的鸡肉和酱油汤中。
