The host was patient with us and helped us make sure we made the batter right. She had little tips to make the cake a bit better and a written recipe to take notes on. Afterwards we got to taste the demo cake and take ours home

We had a wonderful time and we’re immensely pleased with our cakes . The end result was a delicious and very fluffy cake . Kaori-San was very kind, hospitable and accommodating to our dietary preferences . Definitely would recommend taking the class if interested.
