Sahori was an exceptional guide for our ramen cooking experience. My 12 year old son and 10 year old daughter had a blast donning Japanese aprons and getting behind the fire in a top notch noodle shop. The chef was able to walk the children through the process and shared the story behind the delicious recipe passed down through generations. Would recommend will for any family traveling with kids or adults looking for a great experience following by superb food.

I great host, a great journey through cooking great and delicious ramen! It was a rainy day but this tour made it like a perfect sunshine. The host was very friendly and was able to tell great stories about Japan, ramen and everything around it. Just ask whatever is on your mind and you will have a great conversation. Pretty straight forward. Unsurprisingly you don’t really learn how to make Ramen. It’s a nice experience but if you are looking for a proper cooking class this isn’t it. If you want to eat good ramen and get a fun picture, than this is what you want.
