这个沉浸式体验将通过富含鲜味的高汤、米饭和玉子烧,带你深入了解和食的精髓。在经过割烹料理培训的讲师带领下,课程提供了一种实用且易于理解的方式,帮助你掌握日本的烹饪文化。


课程从介绍鲜味开始,这种第五种味道塑造了日本料理的独特风味。你将学习如何从头开始制作昆布、柴鱼片和混合高汤。观察每种高汤的制作过程,然后品尝并对比它们在香气、深度和余味上的细微差异。


接下来,学习如何准备味噌汤和传统的小菜,组成一份平衡的“一汁三菜”餐食。讲师会解释季节性和和谐如何指导日本家庭日常烹饪。


然后轮到你动手了。使用长方形平底锅,你将烹制出柔软的出汁卷蛋,感受鸡蛋凝固时的轻微阻力,并学习如何将其卷成整齐的折叠。之后,用手塑形温热的米饭,填入经典的食材如盐渍三文鱼、梅干或柴鱼片。这一简单的动作将你直接而深刻地连接到日本的米饭文化。
