走进位于京都市中心的舒适烹饪工作室,参加这场私人烹饪体验,学习制作纯素拉面、饺子和饭团,这三道菜是日本最受欢迎的美食之一。您的主人绿子将指导您每一个步骤,并分享如何用纯素食材重现传统日式食谱的实用技巧。


拉面或许是日本最著名的面食,但对素食者来说几乎是禁区。然而,在这堂课中,您将学习一种独特的无动物产品拉面食谱,仍然保持其特有的鲜味。您的拉面将采用蔬菜高汤、豆浆和味噌,配上炸豆腐和蔬菜,色彩丰富,令人垂涎。


接下来,您将制作日式煎饺(烧饺子)。与拉面一样,饺子起源于中国,19世纪传入日本,迅速成为日本的舒适食品之一。为了制作纯素饺子,您将用豆腐和蔬菜填充饺子皮,并将其烘烤至形成美味的脆皮。


为了完成您的餐点,您将制作饭团。饭团是日本各地的主食,通过将用传统电饭锅煮熟的米饭塑造成球形,加入馅料并用海苔包裹而成。虽然有很多变化,但在这次体验中,您将使用腌制食材作为馅料,撒上拌饭料,然后用紫菜包裹,形成酥脆的外层。
