Great informative tour. Guide was very helpful and responsive with my pre tour questions. Also enjoyed the opportunity to “taste test” the different kinds of tuna sashimi.

Had a great time with this sushi making class! Very easy to meet up with our hosts and they were very gracious. Chef Kazu is a true professional and Aki is an amazing translator. Learned a good deal about the history and culture around sushi and enjoyed an amazing meal to wrap it all up.

An informative tour on the heart of the tuna industry in Japan. Stella is a great guide, so much sharing about tuna and the auction system, the breakfast adds a super nice context to all we learnt.

It was really easy to follow the instructions, everyone was ready to help when I had trouble or doubts and were super friendly. One of my best experiences in my trip to Tokyo. Highly recommended
