We had a group of 6, 4 adults and 2 kids, and we had a great time. The instructors were funny, explained everything really well and helped out when any of us had difficulties. We would deferentially do this class again

I'm vegan and I went to the cooking class with my omnivore boyfriend. The instructor Mia was so friendly and knowledgable, and surprisingly the vegan alternatives for the recipes we pretty good. I truely reccomend this cooking class for people who want an intimate experience with 6-8 other classmates

A great class cooking - ramen and gyoza. It was like being with friends, talking, chopping, preparing, cooking, and most importantly, eating the afternoon away.
We prepared 2 ramen - one traditional with the lightest broth and the second with chicken and soy milk, a delicious surprise. Can’t wait to make it at home for my friends. And our gyoza weren’t too bad either.
We highly recommend any one of the classes offered, you won’t be disappointed.

This was great. Fumi and her team lead us through making Gyoza and Ramen Noodles step by step in a very easy and organised way. We were all surprised and delighted with what they guided us to produce. What I thought of as something very difficult they made into an easy set of tasks that produce a surprisingly good outcome on the first attempt. Very clear instructions and guidance throughout but also making sure we did it ourselves so we learned. A very good and useful cooking experience with also good tips along the way.

Amazing experience with such wonderful, friendly hosts. We had a great time and the gyozas and ramen were both delicious and so fun to make. The hosts made it super easy to follow along and very enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Fumi is a great instructor and keeps the process both fun and informative. The noodles turned out great, as did the two different types of Gyoza. My only feedback would be that it would be good to also (briefly) cover how filings should be chopped and how one would go about making the broth the traditional way, if one has the time. Thank you for a fun and informative evening!
