Was really a treat, and worth the online research I had to do to find the restaurant. Got to meet Kunio Katagiri himself and thank him for the excellent meal. I’m not someone who has a wealth of knowledge or experience when it comes to food, but I had some of the best cuts of meat I have ever tasted at this restaurant. Really a special experience that made my trip to Japan worth it.
