Fun and tasty workshop
Such a fun workshop. Dom explained the history of Jian Bings with an entertaining story, then the technique of making them and was there to help when needed. There was a plentiful assortment of fillings to use, from traditional savoury to sweet chocolate and banana. You can make and eat as many as you can manage. Delicious! Lots of friendly interaction between participants of different nationalities made the experience even more enjoyable.

A Fun and Delicious Workshop!
I did the jian bing workshop with some of my friends in September. It was a ton of fun! I really enjoyed getting to make as many jian bings as I wanted and getting to both make the dough and cook it on the pan myself. I definitely needed a few tries to get the technique down, but it was so much fun and delicious! Happy kids, happy parents!
Dom taught a group of my daughter's middle school-aged friends and their parents how to make jian bing over the CNY holiday. It is a fun mid-day activity that sets you up with a full belly and the know-how for making this delicious Beijing street food staple at home. Thanks, Dom!

Must do Beijing experiences
Me and my friends experienced Hutong adventure and jiangbing workshop. We had so much fun. And we would like to explore more! Highly recommended!
