Delightful, Informative Chinatown Food Tour with Surge!
Our Chinatown City Food Tour with Surge was one of the highlights of our Philadelphia holiday weekend! The food was absolutely delicious, with a wonderful variety of dishes, and Surge did an outstanding job explaining the origins, history, and regional influences behind each one. He gave us great context for why different foods developed across various parts of China, which made the experience so much richer than simply tasting the food.
Everything was incredibly well organized. Each restaurant...Leer más

A great addition to your plans in Philly!
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Surg. He provided wonderful information, not only about the food and the restaurants, but the area and the history and cultural significance of the dishes.

Fantastic
The tour was great! Surge was extremely knowledgeable and paid attention to small details. He made sure that our daughter who has dietary restrictions was comfortable and content with the foods she was offered.

We're so glad you enjoyed the tour with Surge and noticed his attention to accommodate! It's our hope that everyone has a fantastic (and delicious) time on our tours and appreciate your kind words. We're always striving for that 5-star experience and would be interested to know what could have been improved to earn that 5th star. Please share any feedback to us if you are able to. Thanks again!

I was just thinking of signing up for this tour once again. This would have been my third time trying to do the Chinatown food tasting tour. Over the years I have booked it twice and I've been canceled on both times. It is very awkward to explain to your group of friends that your tour has been canceled yet again. I never really complained much, but I think leaving a review might get the message across that canceling on a group is disappointing at best, and extremely inconvenient when you've gon...Leer más
