The class was so fun, the food we all made was to die for, and the drinks were delicious! You can really tell that Chef barbara puts a lot of effort into making this class worth while! We were all so happy and the experience was truly magical ❤️ I spent a long time trying to find a cooking class to take and I’m so grateful I picked this one!
The restaurant owner and staff are great! They are so personable and patient when providing guidance on recipes and instructions. The menu items are indigenous to the culture, very easy to prepare, and so delicious. Definitely worth making at home for family and friends. I was a part of a small group of participants. We enjoyed the experience and partnered to prepare a wonderful spread of delicious dishes.

We had a fantastic evening with Barbara and learnt so much. This experience comes highly recommended. Barbara was so generous with her time and wealth of knowledge. We made friends and drank a fair few complimentary margaritas & craft beers from Oaxaca as we cooked. Made for a fun and educational time. Muchas gracias!
We absolutely loved this experience! Barbara was kind, welcoming, informative and fun. As a queer couple, my partner and I felt very comfortable with Barbara and her staff. The food was amazing and abundant - we went home with so many leftovers!
