For last-minute bookings, the driver will reach out approximately 1 hour before pickup. On the day of the tour, please wait outside the main entrance of your hotel or at the designated curbside pickup point confirmed in advance. If you are being picked up from a private residence or Airbnb, please wait at street level in front of the building, where the vehicle can safely stop. Your chauffeur will arrive in a clearly identifiable tour vehicle and will contact you shortly before arrival to assist with identification and ensure a smooth, timely pickup.
