We learned the interesting process of making balsamic vinegar and tasted the different levels of sweetness and concentration of flavor. A beautiful countryside location added to the enjoyment of this tour.
La visite été agréable mais trop courte, nous avons beaucoup appris et aurions aimé en découvrir plus, peut etre une vidéo lors de la manipulation des vinaigres en fût. La dégustation été plaisante mais nous perdons vite nos repères par rapport aux dizaines de vinaigre testé. Une feuille désignant les différents vinaigres testés aurait été un plus pour s'y retrouver. Le domaine est joli et au calme.
