Sara our host was delightful! Her love of cooking was obvious. She seemed to enjoy teaching us as much as we enjoyed learning from her. The recipes she chose were delicious. We made ravioli al uovo as a starter which was amazing. We also made homemade tagliatelle noodles with a tomato and olive sauce as well as one of the best tiramisus we had ever eaten. We had an absolutely wonderful time. We were welcomed into our hosts home and made to feel relaxed. The explanation and demonstration to cooking was perfect and we loved eating the finished product and chatting w our hosts throughout the experience. Would highly recommend.
