What a great food tour. Alejandra is fabulous. She infused culture and history with the food which made it really enjoyable. We visited several key sights along our journey….each with just the right amount of time and explanation. The pace was great….we ate a lot and learned a lot. Highly recommended!

Do not visit Puebla without this exceptional tour! Alejandra is amongst the best tour guides that we have had in many years. She is efficient, knowledgable, patient, and has a spectacular depth of knowledge about the food and history of Puebla. The tour is especially valuable as it combines food and history.
