The instructor was so patient and made learning to make Banh Xeo easy and fun. Eating our creations at the end was the highlight of our trip—so crispy and delicious!

Taking this Bánh Xèo cooking class was one of the highlights of my trip! The instructor was so friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, breaking down every step—from getting the batter texture just right to mastering the technique for that signature crispy sizzle. We used super fresh ingredients and plenty of crisp, washed herbs. The restaurant environment was clean and welcoming, and eating our own delicious creations at the end was so satisfying. A must-do activity if you love Vietnamese food!

I could say this is one of my best experience on the cooking class tour. I had so much thing to learn. It was about Vietnamese food - how to cook different food, especially the Banh Xeo and Spring Roll. I really enjoyed my time.
