私たちが提供しているバリ料理教室ウブドは、完全に実践的で、英語で行われます。生徒は、自分で調理ステーションと調理器具を提供し、すべての料理を自分で準備し調理します。 クラスは、すべての人のために個々の注意を保証するために制限されています。
バリ島の食材や調理法に精通した講師とアシスタントが、すべての料理の作り方を実演し、昼食や夕食に準備したものを生徒に試食させ、食べきれなかった場合はパックを持ち帰る。
