ウブドでのとても素晴らしい料理体験でした。 朝市の見学から始まり、地元の食材やスパイスを見ながら、バリの人々の日常の暮らしを垣間見ることができました。 料理教室では、石臼でスパイスをすりつぶしたり、バナナの葉で食材を包んだりと、伝統的で楽しい調理法を教えていただきました。先生は明るくて親しみやすく、他の国から参加していた皆さんと一緒に、笑ったりおしゃべりしたりしながら料理を楽しめたことも、とても良い思い出です。 出来上がった料理は盛り付けも美しく、とてもおいしかったです。緑に囲まれた場所で、自分たちで作った料理を一緒に味わう時間は、さらに特別なものになりました。 また、滞在先のホテルまでの無料送迎も大変ありがたかったです。ドライバーさんもとても親切で、安心して参加することができました。 バリ料理だけでなく、文化や日常の暮らし、人々の温かさまで感じることのできた、思い出深い体験でした。 ウブドで、ただ観光するだけではなく、もう一歩深くバリを体験してみたい方にぜひおすすめです！

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the cooking class. I loved that you got to make the Balinese Complete Spice Mix base and then use this in a variety of ways to make lots of different dishes. We did it with a children and they loved it too.

Our cooking class in Ubud was a genuinely great experience for all five of us. We learned a lot, had fun the entire time, and really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. The instructors were friendly, patient, and engaging, making every step easy to follow and adding small cultural details that made everything even more interesting.The dishes we prepared were authentic, flavorful, and very different from what we usually cook at home. I had a wonderful experience at this cooking class! The organization was excellent, the service was top-notch, and everything was handled professionally and smoothly. The instructor was fun, engaging, and wonderfully calm, which made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. The atmosphere was great, and I truly enjoyed every moment of the class. I would highly recommend this cooking class to everyone — absolutely worth it!
