What a great way to spend a blustery winter day! We found 71 gm of black truffle, created delicious pasta, and enjoyed a beautiful lunch with new friends! Highly recommend!

Transportation from Florence can be provided. Everybody was courteous and helpful. We took a ride out of the city and into the mountains. The scenery was beautiful. The guide and the dog found multiple truffles. The pasta making class was fun and informative. Because a white truffle had been found recently, we were able to taste both white and black truffles. This is experience is definitely worth doing.

This was one of the most incredible experiences I've ever had. We did the truffle hunting, pasta making class, and then ate the truffles we found and the pasta we made. Alyssa was so sweet and amazingly accommodating and Mario (the chef) made us feel right at home. The lunch was honestly one of the best meals I have ever had. A once and a lifetime experience! Best to rent a car or order a ride in advance.

What an amazing day we had on our truffle hunt and cooking class! We spent two weeks in Italy and our day at Mugello&Tuscany was certainly a highlight. My mom (80) and son (24) and I were picked up by Carmen at the train station in Florence and driven to the most gorgeous farm about 45 minutes away. It was a little drizzly weather-wise but they even provided boots for everyone and raincoats!
