This was a wonderful experience. The opportunity to go behind the scenes of a place like Toyosu, where normal tourists cannot go and see the fish is awesome. Paco and Alessio were wonderful, knowledgeable, and more than willing to answer any questions we had. The meal after was phenomenal fresh and made the fish the star of the show. Highly recommend
We walked around the market and saw fishmongers at work, while turret trucks were moving around. It felt like a hidden part of the world , but the atmosphere was incredibly lively and energetic. I was amazed by the incredible variety of fish. Each ingredient is handled with great care and attention to detail. Alessio and Paco were fantastic guides. They have great relationships with the shops inside Toyosu Market and shared fascinating stories about the fish, while helping us choose what we wanted to eat. They’re both fun, friendly, and very easy to talk to. After shopping, we took our fish to their restaurant, where Chef Paco cooked it for us for an amazing dining experience.
