このツアーでは、観光客がめったに訪れなかった地元の市場を訪れるチャンスがあります。私たちは、地元の私たちが市場を見学し、ペルーの果物や野菜を味わったり、鶏や花、園芸用品などを売っている人たちを見て、サン・ジェロニモの市場に行きます。その後、ペルー文化で重要な発酵トウモロコシの伝統的なチチャを地元の人々が販売しているチチェリアに歩いて行きます。その後、地元のレストランで昼食のために市内中心部に戻り、伝統的なペルー料理を味わっていきます。昼食（自費）後、ペルーの長年の伝統の伝統を支え、それを生み出す地元の人々を助けるために設立された非営利団体であるクスコのCentro de Textiles Tradicionales de Cuscoを訪ねます。最後に、果物、野菜、肉およびチーズに加えて、インカ時代から周辺にあり、今日でもまだ使用されている薬用植物を販売するサンペドロ市場まで歩いて行きます。
