Andreas pasta making class was nothing short of amazing! Truly the best pasta dishes we have ever had. The class was inside her beautiful home in Genoa. Andrea introduced us to unique and authentic pasta shapes with her homemade sauces. She also gave us recommendations on where to explore in Genoa. Absolutely delicious meals, 10000/10 recommend.
I never knew making pasta was so easy. We had an amazing time getting our hands dirty with dough. Then the final product with the delicious preparations by Palo brought it over the top delicious.
Paola was an excellent teacher! We had a great time learning to make pasta and the food and wine were amazing!

The course was well structured, starting from the basics of pasta preparation to more advanced techniques. Amazing experience, with a super friendly and knowledgeable host who is a professional chef! The place is their own private home, very genovese and cute - very aesthetic. Good times, good laughs, and great pasta! Highly recommended!
