私たちがこのクラスを開発したのは、2016 年にオアハカで市内最高のバーテンダーとのコンテストで優勝したためで、そこからイベント、クラス、美食プロジェクトのためにカクテルを作る機会を得ました。
私は YouTube チャンネルと地元のテレビ番組を運営しており、そこでカクテルを準備したり、味が経験を導くものであるため、料理は量よりも情熱であることを示すコンテストで優勝しました。

Overall excellent. Located in a restaurant, during their low season anticipate lower attendance but its totally worth the 1:1 time.
Very fun. Only the two of us in this class with Diego. He did a nice job. Class went too quickly. Would have loved to make just one more freestyle.
