ラサ・ラヤは単なるランチではありません。伝統的な装いのホストが案内する5つの地域のインドネシアのテイスティングの旅です。 各コースはそれぞれ異なる島を表し、食材、文化、遺産に関するストーリーテリングが提示されます。 2〜3時間以上の没入型で、ゲストは本格的な味、地域のテキスタイル、キュレーションされたプレゼンテーションを、美食と生きたインドネシアの伝統が融合した親密な環境で体験できます。 この体験は、ロンボクの西海岸の夕日を見下ろすクオリ・レストランでビーチフロントで行われます。
