これは、市場の環境で行われるように設計された、5 種類のソースの調理に重点を置いた実践的な料理教室です。 このアクティビティは市場のガイド付きツアーから始まり、参加者は新鮮な旬の食材を選び、その品質、原産地、料理への利用方法を学びます。
その後、作業スペースで、シェフまたはファシリテーターが参加者にソースの作り方を段階的に指導し、基本的なテクニック、味の組み合わせ、各レシピに関連するメキシコの料理の伝統についての背景を説明します。
このアクティビティは、準備されたソースの試食で終了し、会話を促し、知識を交換し、参加者の作業を評価します。
