A wonderful experience. I did the Paella Class and it was great. The visit to the market was fun and educational, returning to the kitchen was a great experience, preparing and learning about paella. I loved that it was all hands-on and I got to do every step myself. The result was fun, educational, satisfying and above all, the paella came out exceptionally well. High quality food and drink with great company. Guided trip to the morning market to get ingredients was educational, a real plus!
Teresa was awesome! Started with a quick overview, then down to the markets to buy all the ingredients our class and another would need. A great experience hosted by Teresa. Teresa is a very enthusiastic, warm, experienced cook who takes sufficient time to explain clearly how to create a delicious paella. She only uses fresh ingredients. Moreover she is flexible, for instance if some of the participants have some allergies. In total we spent 4 instructive and pleasant hours at Cooking Point and we really enjoyed all the dishes we created. Last but not least we appreciated the atmosphere created by Teresa.
