+1 枚の写真This was a fantastic experience! One of the best we had in Oaxaca. Our host Su was warm, friendly and knowledgeable and made learning fun. The flavors of the authentic Oaxaca food we made were delicious, and we had fun getting to know the other travelers in our class. We highly recommend making time for this special experience!
It was one of the best things we did during our short stay in Oaxaca. From a typical salsa to a memela, to mole coloradito with fried plantains, it was a very pleasant experience thanks to Su. We were able to meet other people from different parts of the world and learn how to make some of the most popular dishes in the region. We will return again to try other dishes. Highly recommended!
For us it was a wonderful experience, we had a great time! Su is super friendly and we felt at home, the best thing is that it has many utensils then we all participated even if we were as a couple! Thank you Su!
Su and her team were welcoming and knowledgeable! Everything was well organized, including transportation. Class was very hands on and informative (both English and Spanish). We cooked as a team and enjoyed wonderful food together. Highly recommended!!
An excellent, in depth and hands on opportunity to learn about tradicional Oaxacan cuisine. The hosts were so kind, and encouraged everyone on the class to experiment with their own favorite flavors to make our experience special. I can’t wait to go home and try out my new cooking skills!
