バーリから車で50分ほど行くと、オリーブ、アーモンド畑、桜の果樹園に囲まれた家族経営のブドウ園に到着します。
ガイド付き会社見学-グループアクティビティ-の後、4種類のワイン（白、ロゼ、赤）をテイスティングし、本館でフォカッチャ、タラッリ、ブルシェット、コールドカット、モッツァレラなどの地元の名物料理と共に美味しい軽食を取ります。
テイスティングの最後には、ブドウ畑を散策し、プッリャ州の田園地帯と最も一般的な果樹品種を発見することができます。
