I hired Bruce to provide a Samurai House Tour for my Father and Mother, visiting Fukuoka on a cruise-stopover. My greatest hope was satisfied, as my parents departed the tour and city with a great impression. They loved the experience and they hope to return. My father even recently expressed to me that some things had happened in his life and career that he couldn't wait to share with Bruce. You could say that my parents left with a fantastic impression. I owe Bruce and his team for taking such great care of my parents, and I am very, very thankful for his energy, the work he does, his passion, and his continued service in sharing the Japan he loves with the people who have yet to come to know it. It was a wonderful tour of a serene and scenic spot after an authentic Japanese meal. Our guide, Bruce, was extremely warm, adaptable, and engaging in conversation. We had a thoroughly enjoyable time with him.
