Fumiyo and her assistant (sorry forgot her name) were absolutely delight. They were friendly and gracious. Fumiyo was very thorough with her instruction. We really enjoyed the class and highly recommended.

We had a lovely time with this charming, patient, cooking teacher. We went straight to the Dept Store to buy the ingredients we need to make Wagashi at home.

Fumiyo-sensei was very kind and patient with her teaching. She is also very good with her English. The ambience of the kitchen was also very nice, and clean.
