Sake Sommelier Yusuke

Leading the tour is Yusuke, a seasoned sake expert who is the former overseas operation manager of the Japan Sake and Shochu Makers Association (JSS) and acted as a judge of the Japan Sake Awards in 2022. He was born and raised in western Tokyo, is well-versed in brewing, and is eager to share his knowledge to answer all your sake and Tokyo-related questions. His passion for sake is contagious and makes this tour special, so be prepared to fall in love with sake if you haven't already!
